Yesterday I was returned to German Music by finding the band "Wir Sind Helden" (for those of you who didnt take German 5 years only to have an equivalence of a second year in h.s. it mean We Are Heroes") The band reminds of a female German version of Franz Ferdinand. For a taste I'm posting the album titled song Von Hier An Blind. My interest in this album has brought me to revisit other artists such as Rammstein, Nina Hagen (99 Luftballoons), and the notorious (in a good way) Die Prinzen. Reading a translation of Alles Nur Geklaut (Die Prinzen) it amazes me how reminiscent of Pinkerton it is. The translation is under the link to a completely different song, because I felt with messing with you all.
